  • Bank Transfer: You may choose to pay for your cruise in advance via bank transfer. Please ensure that your payment arrives before your scheduled boarding time. Our bank details are within the pro-forma invoice that we send you in this case. Kindly include your booking reference number in the payment description to help us identify and confirm your payment.
  • Cash or Revolut Transfer On Board: If you prefer, you may also pay for your cruise on the day of the trip. We accept cash payments or Revolut transfers made on board. Our crew members will be happy to assist you with the payment process.

Please note that we do not require a reservation deposit, making it easy and hassle-free for you to book your private cruise on the Danube.

CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

We understand that plans can change, and we are committed to offering flexibility for our guests. In the event that you need to cancel your cruise, we offer a full refund. Additionally, if the cruise must be rescheduled due to bad weather or other unforeseen circumstances, we will work with you to find an alternative date that suits your schedule.
